Neon is big this season so add a pop to any summer outfit with some DIY neon toe shoes!

Step 1: Gather the things that you will need for this project.  You will need: A can of neon spray paint, some tape, a rag to cover the shoes with that you don’t mind ruining, some newspaper and obviously the shoes: a pair of patent neon pumps.

Step 2: Tape the shoe so that the area that you want to be neon is showing.  Make sure you tape the bottom of the shoes as well.

Step 3: Go outside to an open area and lay down some newspaper as a drop cloth and cover the area of the shoes that you want to remain nude with the rag.

Step 4: Spray the shoes with the neon paint with 2-3 coats and a sealer to protect them if you would like.

Step 5: Let the shoes dry for a couple hours then take the tape off.

Step 6: Rock your new statement heels someplace fun!
